In recent days, our Company has acquired 10% of Tricobiotos, a company specializing in professional hair care products after having acquired 90% last August from the Alto Capital IV fund and the Bucaioni family.

Following the completion of the acquisition, Attilio Brambilla, has assumed the role of president of Tricobiotos while Guillermo Bordachar, is the new CEO of Tricobiotos.

The goal is to continue actions to enhance commercial synergies, in Italy and abroad, with Alfaparf Milano.

Tricobiotos markets the products in over 60 countries through a network of its own distributors and is also the exclusive distributor for the Italian market of third party products. The integration process will give a further boost to our growth in Hair Care.
